Niki Roberts is Deputy General Counsel at JERA Americas, the U.S. subsidiary of JERA, a Japanese energy company. JERA Americas owns and operates a diversified U.S. energy portfolio spanning thermal power generation, lower‑carbon fuels including LNG, and investments across renewable and next‑generation energy technologies, supporting long‑term growth and the energy transition. Niki leads the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions at JAM and provides senior legal leadership across operations, development, and strategic investment activities. Her experience spans the full energy value chain, including extensive upstream oil and gas assets, as well as midstream, downstream, power, and energy transition platforms. Prior to joining JERA Americas, Niki was a partner at Hogan Lovells.
