ERIC HANSON MEMORIAL WEST TEXAS ENERGY INSTITUTE
The second West Texas Energy Institute will be held on Aug. 26 in Midland, Texas. WTI attendees can earn CEUs and CLEs from industry leaders covering relevant topics. After the first-rate professional development, attendees can enjoy a relaxing networking reception with fellow regional landmen.
TERRAWATT: AAPL Institute on Land Power in the Renewable Energy Era
TerraWatt is a NEW Energy Institute dedicated to exploring the evolving role of land professionals in the rapidly expanding renewable energy landscape. Scheduled for Sept. 24 in scenic Lake Tahoe, TerraWatt brings together industry leaders, legal experts, and landmen to examine how the energy expansion is affecting land, resource and infrastructure development across the United States.
GULF COAST LAND INSTITUTE
The Gulf Coast Land Institute will be held in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in the fall of 2026. This institute focused on hot issues relevant to the region. Save the date and make plans to join us on Oct. 14-15 for world-class education over two days with a fun evening networking event.
DENVER LAND INSTITUTE
AAPL and the Denver Association of Professional Landmen are excited to join forces for a day of professional learning and networking featuring industry leaders speaking on legal and practical issues for landmen and land attorneys. WOMEN IN ENERGY INSTITUTE
The WiEI is held annually in Houston and intended for energy professionals of all disciplines, providing many opportunities to make new, unique connections across multiple education tracks. This year's WiEI will be held on Nov. 3 in Houston at the ZaZa Hotel in the Museum District.
OKLAHOMA ENERGY INSTITUTE
Save the date! The Oklahoma Energy Institute is open to all energy disciplines and will be held in Oklahoma City on Dec. 3.
APPALACHIAN LAND INSTITUTE
The 2026 ALI was held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on April 2-3. This highly popular institute is held annually in Pittsburgh and has sold out several years in a row. Topics are unique to Appalachia and CLEs are typically offered for PA, WV and OH. Look for details on the 2027 ALI to be released toward the end of this year.
MINING & LAND RESOURCES INSTITUTE
