Carbon Capture Storage & Sequestration A State of the States

This was presented at the 2024 Annual Meeting.

This presentation will include a review of the regulatory schemes of the US states which have addressed carbon capture, and pending and emerging legislation in states which are planning to. Use of offshore assets will also be addressed, as well as likely future pitfalls and potential tort liability.
