Leadership Development Panel

The panel will address how to develop the tools needed for leadership starting with identifying, hiring, and growing landman staff, current and updated management principles, and best practices for quality management on projects. The panel will discuss new data management tools and techniques for landmen and how to benefit from the new landmen coming out of our accredited schools through recruiting, internships,  and opportunities with brokers.
