This presentation will explain the recent shift of power, influence, and leadership of our nation. It will discuss what it takes to be a leader - good leader - an authentic leader. For those on the cusp of stepping up to more responsibility, this will be a field guide to help them become a leader with authenticity. For those already in a leadership role, the discussion will serve as an affirmation of their efforts and experience that molded them into the leaders they are today.
