Navigating Development and Co-tenancy

The presentation explores several common issues relating to the development of oil and gas assets involving cotenants. The presentation will address strategies for accounting to co-tenants, adverse possession by a co-tenant and how co-tenancy is addressed in multiple jurisdictions.  Participants will gain strategies and solutions to work successfully with co-tenants in the development of oil and gas assets.
