This presentation will discuss common and not so common title issues: open mines doctrine, parole agreements, etc. We will discuss how these topics are treated in court cases and who has the burden of proof. We will also discuss how and why we use curative documents to protect our assets, what evidentiary value the court places on these items and how to successfully meet all legal requirements to win in court.
