Underground Natural Gas Storage

The paper will survey the property rights required for development and operation of natural gas storage projects, primarily in the states in which natural gas storage operations are common and addressed by applicable law. The presentation will provide highlights of the paper's key concepts and conclusions plus a case study based on the case of Central Valley Gas Storage v. Southam (2017) 11 Cal.App.5th 686, which the author handled at trial and on appeal.
