As commodity prices increase, Oil & Gas Operators have looked to capitalize by reworking marginally producing wells and/or “turning back on” previously shut-in gas wells.
In doing so, these operators must ensure that the underlying leasehold remains valid. This presentation will discuss the issues that arise when bringing these wells “back to life.” While this presentation will focus primarily on Oklahoma & Texas, it will also provide insight into other resource producing states.
