Accreditation Committee
The mission of the Accreditation Committee is to evaluate existing degree programs, both undergraduate and graduate, offered by universities associated with landwork or complimentary to land professionals, that request and work through the current AAPL accreditation process.
The AAPL Accreditation Committee as we know it today started from the Education and Publicity Committee in 1955.
The AC includes AAPL members who are required to communicate regularly with each Accredited Program, attend on-site visits for accreditation visits and review curriculum to ensure each Accredited Program aligns with the AAPL Policy Manual.
The Landman Scholarship Trust requires accreditation in order to grant students of the program financial aid.
